CFS was founded in 2012 by Sean M. Collins who has twenty-plus years recruiting experience.  The bulk of Mr. Collins career was spent with Chicago-based premiere executive search firm, DHR International.  He started in Chicago with DHR International as a researcher in 1991 and grew along with the firm as it went from one office in Chicago to twenty-four offices nation-wide.  For several years, he was in charge of the execution of the book of business of a former Chief Operating officer of Frito-Lay. In recent years, Mr. Collins has specialized and devoted his practice to focus on all facets of the property development/management industry.

Mr. Collins is a native of the Boston area.  He studied at both Boston College and Bates College, in Lewiston, Maine and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College in 1990.  At Bates, he lettered in both varsity football and baseball.  For many years he has been active in Little League baseball.  He resides in Ponte Vedra, Florida and has two sons, Michael 12, and Aidan 10.
